Council services 

Customer Service 

  • Our Customer Service team is available between 9am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Many services are available over the phone or online - see Contact us.

Waste services

  • Regular household three-bin kerbside collections are operating as normal.
  • The Waste Management Centre on Crescent Head Road and the Waste Transfer Stations in South West Rocks, Stuarts Point and Bellbrook are open.

Libraries

Libraries are open with normal operating hours.

All library branches are offering a click-and-collect service. To access this, please visit Mid North Coast Library Service or use the Mid North Coast Library App.

Slim Dusty Centre and Kempsey Visitor Information Centre

Opening hours are:

  • Tuesday to Saturday - 10am to 4pm
  • Sunday - 10am to 2pm.

The facility is closed on Mondays and public holidays.

South West Rocks Visitor Information Centre

The South West Rocks Visitor Information Centre is open from 10am to 3pm daily.
