Lodge your DA
Once you have completed your DA form(PDF, 355KB) and prepared all the accompanying documentation, you can lodge this in person at Council’s Customer Service desk at 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey, or email your application to email@example.com.
After lodgement, we will check that your application is complete and that you have provided all required supporting information.
If the application is complete, we will calculate the fees associated with your application and email you a fee request. These fees are taken from Council’s current Schedule of Fees and Charges(PDF, 2MB)
Please note Council staff will not start processing your application until you have paid these fees.
Acknowledgement of your development application
After your application has been accepted and the relevant fees paid, we will send you an acknowledgement letter by post or email. This letter will provide you with the application reference number and contact details of the officer to whom your application has been allocated for assessment.
Development Application Public Register
You can search for any development applications lodged since 1980 in Council’s Public Register
Searches can be conducted by date lodged, location or application number.
The Public Register also includes the status of lodged applications and copies of development application determinations.
