Kempsey Shire Council releases Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Requests for Tender (RFT) and Expressions of Interest (EOI) through a web portal hosted by eProcure.

Council will place notifications and receive responses to EOIs, RFQs and RFTs electronically through this portal at no cost to suppliers. It provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering activities and quotations.

As a supplier, in order to be notified of and respond to future opportunities you will need to register with eProcureRegistration is free.

As a registered supplier, you can:

  1. receive email notifications of any new opportunities that become available
  2. view and download documentation directly from this portal
  3. seek clarification or ask questions about current opportunities
  4. receive information issued in relation to current opportunities

Please register as a supplier with this portal to ensure you are notified of upcoming opportunities with Kempsey Shire Council.

TQE21/25 - Lease/Licence of Smithtown Hall

Kempsey Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from community groups; and not-for-profit organisations; to lease/licence the Smithtown Hall in Smithtown, NSW.

The Lessee/Licensee will enter into a lease/licence with Council for use of the facility; pay a set annual rental/licence fee; and provide annual reporting to Council, including financial statements.

The arrangement is expected to take the form of either a lease (granting exclusive possession of the premises in return for payment of rent) or a license (granting a contractual right to occupy the premises in return for payment of a licence fee). 

Council may also consider alternative proposals to a lease/licence by parties who express interest in providing services to the facility that contribute to its successful management and operation.

EOI should be submitted in accordance with the instructions on eProcure  prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the EOI is lodged in accordance with these requirements.

TQE21/26 - Lease/Licence of Smithtown Medical Centre

Kempsey Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from commercial businesses, community groups; and not-for-profit organisations; to lease/licence the Smithtown Medical Centre in Smithtown, NSW.

The Lessee/Licensee will enter into a lease/licence with Council for use of the facility; pay a set annual rental fee; and provide annual reporting to Council, including financial statements.

The arrangement is expected to take the form of either a lease (granting exclusive possession of the premises in return for payment of rent) or a license (granting a contractual right to occupy the premises in return for payment of a licence fee). 

Council may also consider alternative proposals to a lease/licence by parties who express interest in providing services to the facility that contribute to its successful management and operation.

TQE21/23 - Lease/Licence of Gladstone Tennis Facility

Kempsey Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from community groups; not-for-profit organisations; or tennis coaches to manage the Gladstone tennis facility in Gladstone, NSW.

The manager/management will collect and manage user fees; manage hiring of the facility; undertake day-to-day non-structural maintenance; pay a set annual rental/licence fee; and provide annual reporting to Council, including financial statements.

The arrangement is expected to take the form of either a lease (granting exclusive possession of the premises in return for payment of rent) or a license (granting a contractual right to occupy the premises in return for payment of a licence fee).

Council may also consider alternative proposals to a lease/license by parties who express interest in providing services to the Gladstone tennis facility that contribute to its successful management and operation.

Kempsey Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from community groups; and not-for-profit organisations; to lease/licence the Girl Guide Hall in Kempsey, NSW.

The Lessee/Licensee will enter into a lease/licence with Council for use of the facility; pay a set annual rental fee; and provide annual reporting to Council, including financial statements.

TQE21/10 - Demolition of PCYC Cottage - Kempsey NSW

Kempsey Shire Council seeks proposals from suitably qualified asbestos removal Companies to undertake the demolition of a Timber/Asbestos Cottage Bloomfield Street – Kempsey.  Works are to be carried out all as per the Hazard Management Plan for the site.

Proposals should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box on eProcure prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the Request for Quotation is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.

The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
