Notice is hereby given that Kempsey Shire Council, under the Roads Act 1993 No 33 Division 2 Short term leases of unused public roads intends to enter into a lease for the following Road Reserves.
- Part of Point Plomer Road, adjoining 1126 Point Plomer Road Crescent Head
- Unused Road Reserve of Union Lane, East Kempsey adjoining 4 Union Lane East Kempsey
- Part of Belmore River Left Bank Road, Belmore River adjoining 100 Belmore River Left Bank Road Belmore River
The lease term will be for a period of 5 years.
Any person is entitled to make a submission to the roads authority with respect to the proposed lease. Submissions to be made in writing to: The General Manager, Kempsey Shire Council, 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey NSW 2440 or via email to ksc@kempsey.nsw.gov.au within 28 days from the date of this Notice.
