Were you affected by the 2021 NSW Floods?

Financial Rights provides free and independent legal advice and financial counselling to consumers about insurance, credit and debt issues.

How they can help:

If you are having problems with paying your bills, credit card, mortgage or other loan payments, contact the National Debt Helpline 1800 007 007.

If you’ve lost property such as your home, car or business and need advice about an insurance claim, contact the Insurance Law Service by phone at 1300 663 464 or visit the Insurance Law website.

If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander you are welcome to contact Mob Strong Debt Help at 1800 808 488.
