Vandalism on Frederickton Sports Fields

Kempsey Shire Council is aware of acts of vandalism that have occurred recently at Frederickton Sports Fields causing significant damage and forcing the fields to be closed.

Our sports grounds are used by many community organisations. With only limited resources to patrol and maintain the grounds it is our user groups who are most hurt by these actions.

These groups work hard throughout the year with Council to ensure the fields are in appropriate condition for the safety of those using it.

We are working towards restoring the grounds as soon as possible.
